# ManHourPlan

> ManHourPlan is a free browser-based calculator and knowledge resource for helicopter MRO manpower planning. It derives the maintenance man-hour plan required by EASA AMC1 145.A.30(d), models workload vs. coverage, offshore rotation factors per IOGP-690 §25C, deviation monitoring, and produces auditor-ready PDF reports. Built and written by an active AW139/AW189 type instructor.
